Labneh is a soft, spreadable cheese made from strained yogurt that’s delicious on its own or as an ingredient! Popular in Middle Eastern recipes, it can be mixed with spices (as we’ve done in the dish below) and spread on bagels, sandwiches, and pita!
Not into a spiced dip? Labneh is tasty all on its own! To really enhance its flavour, we recommend a simple drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of za’tar seasoning, or a few pomegranate arils for a more tart take.
In medium bowl, combine labneh, 4 Tbsp olive oil, garlic flowers, za’atar, sumac and 1 Tbsp parsley.
Whisk mixture and add salt to taste.
Place in bowl and sprinkle with 1 Tbsp olive oil, chopped parsley and more za’atar.
Serve with veggies and naan bread.
