Directions

  1. In large bowl, place lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, parsley, mint and fattoush chips.
  2. In small bowl, combine lemon garlic dressing with sumac and season with fleur de sel to taste.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
  4. Sprinkle with sumac and serve immediately.

  • 1 small head romaine lettuce torn into small pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3 Lebanese cucumbers sliced crosswise
  • 4 green onions sliced thinly
  • 1 cup parsley leaves
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups Farm Boy™ Sea Salt Fattoush Chips
  • 1/3 cup Farm Boy™ Lemon Garlic Dressing or more to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Sumac Seasoning or more for garnish
  • Farm Boy™ Fleur de Sel to taste
