In an effort to process the many exciting product opportunities we are presented with, it is important we do this in an effective and efficient way. It is for this reason we ask that all items you wish to present for listing must be sent to the appropriate category manager. This will allow us to make quick decisions and get product to market in a timely fashion.
The product information you provide must be completed with the highest level of accuracy in order for us to make timely and effective decisions. Failing to do so could result in delays and / or denials.
We will make every effort to provide each supplier with feedback on the decision process within the timelines listed below. However, there may be extenuating circumstances infrequently that can cause delays.
- Acknowledgement of receipt – within 2 business days
- Decision Taken – within 14 business days (dependent on proper information provided)
