Butter Tart Festival Run

The Farm Boy team joined the Burlington Runner’s Club at the Butter Tart Festival Races, bringing along our fan-favorite Farm Boy Butter Tarts and Lulu to cheer on all the racers. It was a sweet day of community, support, and celebration!
Kempenfest
August 2 to 4, 2025
Kempenfest returned to Barrie’s waterfront from August 1–4, 2025, celebrating over 50 years of tradition with artisans, live music, food, midway rides, and community activities.
Farm Boy joined the festivities with free sampling, promo card giveaways, an interactive Plinko game with prizes, and a special appearance by Lulu to engage families throughout the weekend.
Home Sweet Home Festival

A recent holiday celebration at select Farm Boy locations featured a visit from Santa Claus, complete with photo opportunities. Lulu and the Farm Hand made appearances, and guests enjoyed complimentary samples of loaf cake and hot chocolate.

A festive scavenger hunt took place at your neighbourhood Farm Boy. Kids searched for ‘Troublesome Elves’ hidden throughout the store and were rewarded with a sweet holiday treat if they found all the elves.

Halloween Hunt

Farm Boy hosted a Halloween Hunt! Kids of all ages embarked on a fun-filled adventure through the store, searching for hidden Jack-o-Lanterns. Once they found them, they could redeem their spooky finds for a sweet treat at the checkout counter.

Richmond Hill Ribfest

The finger lickin’ good Retro Ribfest returned to Richmond Hill this summer and Farm Boy joined in for the fun! This flavourful weekend featured some of North America’s top rib teams and a diverse lineup of entertainment playing music from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. We were happy to hand out refreshments to attendees to quench their thirst, as well as promotional coupons.

At Farm Boy Bronte, the Oakville community came together for an exciting day filled with a variety of delicious foods, activities, prizes, and entertainment. Joining us for the festivities was Rosie MacLennan, trampolinist and 2-time Olympic Gold Medalist! Attendees enjoyed special activities like our Spin to Win wheel, a balloon artist, an airbrush tattoo artist, a scavenger hunt, and an appearance by our mascot, Lulu!
