Directions

  1. Preheat grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Skewer Farm Boy™ Original Halloumi Cheese onto wooden sticks and rub with Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  3. Cook skewers, turning often, until nicely marked and soft.
  4. Divide amongst 6 plates and sprinkle with cracked black pepper.
  5. Add 3 fig halves per plate and drizzle with Farm Boy™ White Liquid Honey.
  6. Garnish with thyme sprigs and serve.

  • 12 wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 2 packs Farm Boy™ Halloumi Cheese each pack cut into 6 batons
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Farm Boy™ Pure Liquid Honey
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 9 figs halved
  • thyme sprigs for garnish
