  1. Cook linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup cooking water.
  2. Season chicken with Fleur de Sel and black pepper.
  3. In large frying pan, heat extra virgin olive oil and cook chicken until golden.
  4. Add shallots and red peppers and cook 3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked linguine, pesto and 1/2 cup pasta water. Toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately, topped with goat cheese.

  • 4 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
  • 2 chicken breast boneless, skinless, thinly sliced

  • 1 large shallot thinly sliced (1/2 cup)

  • 1 tub Farm Boy™️ Basil Pesto
  • 1 Farm Boy™ Original Goat's Milk Cheese (113 g) crumbled
