  1. In medium bowl, combine Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic, Farm Boy™ Organic Ground Cumin, Farm Boy™ Organic Paprika, Farm Boy™ Allspice, Farm Boy™ Ground Cinnamon, Farm Boy™ Ground Turmeric, Farm Boy™ Harissa Seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place chicken breasts in resealable plastic bag and add marinade mixture. Make sure it coats chicken well.
  3. Marinate 2-4 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken breasts on greased baking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Slice thinly and serve with rice pilaf and roasted potatoes.
  6. Variation: slice thinly and serve on pita bread, garnished with Farm Boy™️ Hummus, Farm Boy™️ Tabouleh, and Farm Boy™️ Pickles.


  • 6 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1/3 cup Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp Farm Boy™ Organic Ground Cumin (45 g)
  • 2 tsp Farm Boy™ Organic Paprika (48 g)
  • 1/2 tsp Farm Boy™ Allspice (24 g)
  • 1/4 tsp Farm Boy™️ Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Farm Boy™ Ground Turmeric (22 g)
  • Farm Boy™ Harissa Seasoning (58 g) to taste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
