Farm Boy’s Guide To: Cheese

Creamy, dreamy, cheesy! From an ooey-gooey mozzarella pull to the crumbly, salty bite of an aged cheddar, there’s no limit to the flavours of cheese. With only four simple ingredients (milk, cultures, a coagulant, and salt), there is a seemingly endless variety of cheese available to tantalize your palate. What transforms these ingredients into melty magic involves variations in temperatures, times, acidity, the use of salting or brining, and ageing.

At Farm Boy, we have a wide array of cheeses in our stores to satisfy your culinary curiosity. For a product to earn the distinction of being under the Farm Boy brand, it undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it meets our high quality standards, because we’re all about curating products we think you’ll love. Traditional methods, small batches, and the best ingredients all contribute to the cheeses we carry under the Farm Boy name—that’s just good food from good neighbours.
