Items that are in season in April in Ontario (and can be found in our own extensive produce selection) include beets, carrots, cucumbers, mushrooms, potatoes, strawberries, and rhubarb. In May, we get to enjoy asparagus, lettuce, peppers, radishes, snow peas, and spinach!
