Our Gourmet Burgers are handcrafted by our chefs who take inspiration from the wonderful cuisines of the world! These burgers are made with wholesome, high-quality ingredients using made-from-scratch recipes that take premium ground beef and turkey to new levels of flavour.

Cooking Instructions

BEEF: Sear on med-high heat for 2 minutes per side, then bake in 350˚F oven for about 12 minutes. BBQ: Grill on med-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160 ˚F (71 ˚C) for Medium or 170 ˚F (77 ˚C) for Well Done beef.

POULTRY: Cooking Instructions: Sear on med-high heat for 2 minutes per side, then bake in 350˚F oven for about 12 minutes. BBQ: Grill on med-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 ˚F (74 ˚C).

Caramelized Onion Swiss: Ground beef, caramelized onions (onions, canola oil, salt), Swiss Cheese, Farm Boy Maple BBQ sauce (tomato paste, apple juice, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, organic cane sugar, ketchup, water, onion, garlic, molasses, olive oil, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper, garlic powder, dry mustard, onion powder, ginger, chili powder, citric acid),  breadcrumbs, salt, pepper. Contains milk, mustard, wheat, and soy.

Jalapeno Jack: Ground beef, Monterey Jack cheese, Farm Boy Maple BBQ sauce,  jalapeno peppers, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Contains milk, mustard, wheat, and soy.

Maple Chipotle Kale: Ground beef,  maple syrup, chipotle peppers (chipotle peppers, tomato puree, onions, vinegar, canola oil, sugar, salt, paprika, garlic), baby kale, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper. Contains wheat and soy.

Poutine Burger: Ground beef, cheese curds, HP sauce, Farm Boy Chipotle BBQ sauce (tomato paste, water, organic cane sugar, molasses, vinegar, onion, garlic, sea salt, olive oil, chili flakes, chili powder, chipotle peppers, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, citric acid), dehydrated potatoes, panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper. Contains milk, mustard, soy, and wheat.

Smoked Gouda and Portabella Mushroom: Ground beef, smoked gouda cheese (pasteurized milk, bacterial cultures, salt, microbial enzyme, annatto colour, natural wood smoke), portabella mushrooms, farm boy maple BBQ sauce (tomato paste. apple juice, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, organic cane sugar, ketchup [tomato paste, liquid sugar, vinegar, salt, onion powder, spices], water, onion, garlic, molasses, olive oil, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper, garlic powder, dry mustard, onion powder, ginger, chili powder, citric acid), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, vegetable oil shortening [soy], dextrose, spices), salt and pepper.
