Monday: Soup + Sandwich

A classic combo, you can’t go wrong with soup and a sandwich! If you don’t have the time to make your own soup, visit our Chef’s Market, where we have a variety of delicious soups made from scratch daily! Swap out your regular ham and cheese sammie for something a little more elevated and voila! You have a wholesome and satisfying start to your week that both kids and adults can enjoy. (Keep it simple with classic deli ham and Farm Boy™ Organic Marble Cheddar Cheese for pickier eaters.)

  1. Layer Farm Boy™ Sliced Prosciutto, pear slices, and our Double Cream Brie onto one of our Thin Square Buns or a ciabatta bun. Top with cracked black pepper.

Inspired by Mediterranean flavours, this easy lunch idea is satisfying without feeling heavy. Easily customizable, swap in your favourite Farm Boy meats, cheeses, and crackers. If you’re feeling extra ambitious, cut out cute shapes with a small cookie cutter for your kiddo!

  1. Prepared fresh by us, our Farm Boy™ Feta Orzo Salad is made with simple ingredients like cucumber, orzo pasta, orange pepper, feta cheese, and olives.
  2. Arrange charcuterie faves like Farm Boy™ Genoa Salami, cubed Farm Boy™ Organic Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, and Farm Boy™ Sourdough Crackers in a reusable container or bento box.

Crunched for time in the morning? If you forgot to prep your lunch the night before, have no fear! This easy lunch idea is here to save you! A simple wrap with a side of fresh fruits and veggies is quick and delicious. Keep it flavourful and interesting by incorporating high-quality toppings, fresh dips, and ripe produce that’s in season.   1. The last day of your 9-5 (or school day) should be an easy one. Make things even simpler with a lunch idea that doubles for lunch AND dinner! (You don’t have to eat the same thing twice in one day—save it to enjoy on the weekend if you’d prefer, or make it the night before and enjoy leftovers on the Friday.)
