We liked using a tart apple like Granny Smith for this recipe, as its sourness balances the sweet lusciousness of our locally-made Farm Boy™ Banana Bread Caramel Sauce. Thinly slice them to avoid sogginess and maximize crunch. For the cookies, look for cinnamon graham crackers.
