Whipped Honey Lemon Ricotta


  • Serves: Makes about 2 cups

Directions

  1. Place ricotta in sieve over a bowl and drain, refrigerated, for 30-90 minutes.
  2. Place drained ricotta in medium bowl and add honey, cream, lemon zest and juice.
  3. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Place in bowl and serve with fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 container (200g) ricotta
  • 3-4 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Pure Liquid Honey (500 g) or to taste
  • 2 Tbsp whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • assorted fruit
