Warm Octopus and Potato Salad
Directions
- In medium saucepan cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.
- In medium frying pan, heat olive oil over medium high heat.
- Add garlic flowers, paprika, cayenne pepper, octopus and potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, salt to taste and parsley.
- Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
