Warm Octopus and Potato Salad

Directions

  1. In medium saucepan cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.
  2. In medium frying pan, heat olive oil over medium high heat.
  3. Add garlic flowers, paprika, cayenne pepper, octopus and potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice, salt to taste and parsley.
  5. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tiny new potatoes
  • 6 tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
  • 1 tsp Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers (190 ml)
  • 3/4 tsp paprika
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 pack Farm Boy™ Cooked Octopus thawed and cut into ½” pieces
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Farm Boy™ Fleur de Sel to taste
  • 2 Tbsp parsley chopped
  • 4 lemon wedges
