Warm Octopus and Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups tiny new potatoes
- 6 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers
- 3/4 tsp Farm Boy™ Organic Paprika
- pinch Farm Boy™ Organic Cayenne
- 1 pack Farm Boy™ Cooked Octopus thawed and cut into ½” pieces
- juice of 1 lemon
- Farm Boy™ Fleur de Sel to taste
- 2 Tbsp parsley chopped
- 4 lemon wedges
Directions
- In medium saucepan, cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.
- In medium frying pan, heat Farm Boy™️ Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium-high heat.
- Add Farm Boy™️ Garlic Flowers, Farm Boy™️ Organic Paprika, Farm Boy™️ Organic Cayenne, octopus, and potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, Farm Boy™️ Fleur de Sel, and parsley.
- Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
