Virgin Apple Raspberry Mimosa

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup Farm Boy™ Frozen Whole Raspberries slightly thawed
• 2-3 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Orange Juice
• 2 cups Farm Boy™ Apple Sparkling Juice chilled

Directions

1. In small bowl, combine ½ cup Farm Boy™ Frozen Whole Raspberries with Farm Boy™ Orange Juice and mash until smooth. Set aside remaining raspberries.
2. Press raspberry-orange juice puree through sieve to remove seeds.
3. Place 2 Tbsp each of raspberry puree in two champagne flutes.
4. Top with Farm Boy™ Sparkling Apple Juice (or sparkling wine, if preferred).
5. Garnish with remaining frozen raspberries and serve immediately.
