Tip: Red cabbage or cauliflower steaks work for this recipe too.
Directions
- Preheat the BBQ to 400ºF
- Brush oil on both sides of the cabbage steaks and season with the sweet and smoky BBQ grill grinder spice.
- Place the cabbage on the grill and cook for 12min on one side. Carefully flip the cabbage to the other side and continue to cook for another 12-15min.
- Top each steak with a generous tablespoon of the vegan pesto and top with vegan cheese of choice. Close the BBQ and cook for another 5 min. Until the pesto and cheese is warmed through.
