Vegan Grilled Cabbage Steaks Recipe

Tip: Red cabbage or cauliflower steaks work for this recipe too.
Ingredients
- 1 small head green cabbage cut into 1” thick rounds
- 1 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Canola Cooking Oil
- Farm Boy™ Sweet & Smoky BBQ Grill Grinder
- 1 container Farm Boy™ Vegan Pesto
- Farm Boy™ Vegan Mozzarella Style Sliced Cheese Alternative
- Farm Boy Vegan Parmesan Style Shredded Cheese Alternative
Directions
- Preheat the barbecue to 400ºF.
- Brush Farm Boy™ Canola Cooking Oil on both sides of the cabbage steaks and season with Farm Boy™ Sweet and Smoky BBQ Grill Grinder.
- Place the cabbage on the grill and cook for 12 minutes on one side. Carefully flip the cabbage to the other side and continue to cook for another 12-15 minutes.
- Top each steak with a generous tablespoon of Farm Boy™ Vegan Pesto and top with vegan cheese of choice.
- Close the barbecue and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the pesto and cheese is warmed through.
- Remove from grill, serve, and enjoy!
