Toasted Brisket Sandwich

Tasty and toasted! This sandwich comes together in minutes for a satisfying lunch that ticks all your tastebuds’ boxes.

Directions

  1. Make slaw: toss shredded cabbage, carrots, dressing, salt, and pepper gently to combine.
  2. Spread 2 slices of bread with butter.
  3. Bring pan to medium heat and place 1 slice butter-side down.
  4. Top slice with brisket and brush with BBQ sauce.
  5. Top brisket with slaw.
  6. Cover with second slice of challah bread and press down.
  7. Cook until both sides of bread are golden.
  8. Serve.

  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch pepper
