Toasted Brisket Sandwich

Ingredients

• Sandwich
• 2 slices Rideau Bakery Sliced Twisted Egg Bread
• 3 slices Farm Boy™ New York Deli Style Smoked Brisket
• 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Maple BBQ Sauce
• 2 Tbsp butter
• Slaw
• 1 cup cabbage shredded
• 1/4 cup Farm Boy™ Apple Cider Coleslaw Dressing
• 1/4 cup carrot shredded
• pinch salt
• pinch pepper
• Farm Boy™ Organic Whole Dill Pickles to serve

Directions

1. For the slaw: Toss shredded cabbage, carrots, Farm Boy™ Apple Cider Coleslaw Dressing, salt, and pepper gently to combine.
2. For the sandwich: Spread 2 slices of Rideau Bakery Twisted Egg Bread with butter.
3. Bring pan to medium heat and place 1 slice of bread butter-side down.
4. Top slice with Farm Boy™ New York Style Smoked Brisket and brush with Farm Boy™ Maple BBQ Sauce.
5. Top brisket with slaw.
6. Cover with second slice of bread and press down.
7. Cook until both sides of bread are golden and serve with Farm Boy™ Organic Whole Dill Pickle.
