  1. In medium bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, ginger, Farm Boy™ Tandoori Spice, mint, cilantro, salt, pepper, and Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  2. Press meat mixture onto 8 skewers.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat, turning carefully, for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. Serve on warm Farm Boy™ Flame Baked Naan.

  • 8 skewers
