Tandoori Seekh Kebab Wraps

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, ginger, tandoori spice, mint, cilantro, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  2. Press meat mixture onto 8 skewers.
  3. Grill over medium high heat, turning carefully, for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. Serve on warm naan garnished with tzatziki, tomatoes, cucumber ribbons and sliced red onions.

Ingredients

  • 450 g lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion minced
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Tandoori Spice (50 g)
  • 2 Tbsp mint and cilantro , chopped.
  • 1/2 tsp Farm Boy™️ Fleur de Sel
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
  • 8 skewers
  • 4 slices Farm Boy™ Flame Baked Original Naan (each)
  • Farm Boy™️ Tzatziki
  • grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions for garnish
