Directions

  1. In food processor bowl, combine avocado, yogurt, chives and apple cider vinegar and process until smooth.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Top crackers with avocado cream and smoked salmon.
  4. Garnish with micro greens.

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup Farm Boy™ Organic Plain Greek Yogurt (500 g)
  • 1 Tbsp chives chopped
  • 2 tsp Farm Boy™ Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (945 ml) or more to taste
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Farm Boy™ Double Baked Pita Crackers (170 g)
  • 150g Farm Boy™ Cold Smoked Atlantic Salmon (150 g) torn into small pieces
  • microgreens for garnish
