Red Wine Braised Chorizo

  1. In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chorizo and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned.
  3. Add the wine and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes, until the wine has reduced to a thick sauce.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with bread.


  • 1 pkg Farm Boy™ Hot Chorizo casing removed and sliced into ¼” rounds
  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • parsley chopped
  • rustic bread to serve
