Directions
- In a medium skillet, heat Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium-high heat.
- Add Farm Boy™ Spanish Chorizo and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Add the wine and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes, until the wine has reduced to a thick sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with bread.
