Directions

  1. In blender, process Farm Boy™ Fresh Salsa until smooth.
  2. In large frying pan, heat Farm Boy™ Vegetable Cooking Oil and fry Farm Boy™ Yellow Corn Tortillas, turning often, until crispy.
  3. Drain oil and add salsa to tortillas in pan.
  4. Over low heat, toss until well coated and warm.
  5. Serve on a bed of warm refried beans.
  6. Top with fried eggs.
  7. Garnish with Farm Boy™ Barrel Aged Feta, Farm Boy™ 14% Sour Cream, and cilantro.

  • 1 1/2 cups Farm Boy™ Fresh Mild Salsa (450 g)
  • 1/4 cup Farm Boy™ Vegetable Cooking Oil (946 ml)
  • 4 Farm Boy™ Yellow Corn Tortillas (450 g) cut into wedges
  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Barrel Aged Feta (200 g) crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ 14% Sour Cream (500 mL)
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 2 eggs fried
  • 1 cup refried beans
