Potato Gnocchi with Brown Butter and Sage

Directions

  1. Boil gnocchi in salted water for 3 minutes. Drain.
  2. In large frying pan, heat olive oil and cook gnocchi until golden.
  3. Add garlic flowers and butter.
  4. When butter is melted, add sage leaves.
  5. Cook until butter starts to brown and sage is crispy.
  6. Season with fleur de sel and black pepper.
  7. Serve immediately.

  • 1 pack (500 g) Farm Boy™ Potato Gnocchi
  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
  • 1 tsp Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers (190 ml)
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • fresh sage leaves
  • Farm Boy™️ de Sel and black pepper to taste
