* Raw nuts and seeds are perfect for this recipe; you can skip the toasting to save some time.
* Note: Cook time is chill time (24 hours). This is a no-cook recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Farm Boy™ Organic Plain Greek Yogurt
- ¾ cup Farm Boy™ Organic Large Flake Oats
- ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 Tbsp milled flax seed
- 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp golden raisins or dried cranberries
- pinch salt
- ½ tsp Farm Boy™ Organic Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Amber Maple Syrup or to taste
- 1 cup unsweetened almond plant-based beverage or your favourite milk
- 1 Honeycrisp apple unpeeled, grated
- ½ cup nuts chopped (pecans, walnuts, almonds, or a mixture)
- berries, nuts, and seeds for garnish
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine Farm Boy™ Organic Plain Greek Yogurt, Farm Boy™ Organic Large Flake Oats, unsweetened shredded coconut, Farm Boy™ Chia Seeds, hemp hearts, milled flax seed, Farm Boy™ Pumpkin Seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, salt, Farm Boy™ Organic Ground Cinnamon, vanilla extract, Farm Boy™ Amber Maple Syrup, unsweetened almond plant-based beverage, grated apple, and chopped nuts.
- Mix well and place in small glass jars or containers.
- Cover and let sit overnight.
- Serve, garnished with nuts, seeds, and/or berries.
