Mozzarella al Pesto Salad
Directions
- Spread pesto on bottom of a round plate.
- Arrange zucchini ribbons decoratively over pesto.
- Place mozzarella ball over zucchini.
- Garnish with tomatoes and sprinkle cheese with fleur de sel.
- Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with basil leaves.
