Mozzarella al Pesto Salad

  1. Spread pesto on bottom of a round plate.
  2. Arrange zucchini ribbons decoratively over pesto.
  3. Place mozzarella ball over zucchini.
  4. Garnish with tomatoes and sprinkle cheese with fleur de sel.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with basil leaves.


  • 2/3 cup Farm Boy™ Fresh Basil Pesto
  • 1/2 small yellow zucchini sliced thinly lengthwise
  • 1 pack Farm Boy™ Buffalo Mozzarella (125 g) drained
  • 1/2 cup fresh cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
  • Farm Boy™ Fleur de Sel and black pepper to taste
  • basil leaves for garnish
