
Enjoy sweet and savoury pulled pork BBQ sandwich with this simple recipe for four. It’s a uniquely Canadian twist on a Southern classic that will leave you singing “O Canada”!
Directions
- Warm up pulled pork according to package directions.
- In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- In medium bowl, combine green and purple cabbage, carrot, green onion, and parsley.
- Toss coleslaw with dressing and mix to combine.
- Toast brioche buns and place a slice of Havarti cheese on bottom bun.
- Place pulled pork over cheese and top with coleslaw.

- 1/2 cup Farm Boy™ Mayonnaise (470 ml)
- 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ White Wine Vinegar (500 ml)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups green cabbage shredded
- 1/2 cup carrot shredded
- 1/2 cup purple cabbage shredded
- 2 Tbsp green onion sliced
- 2 Tbsp parsley chopped
- 3-4 Farm Boy™ Brioche Hamburger Buns 4's (4 x 57g)
- 4 slices Havarti cheese
