Enjoy sweet and savoury pulled pork BBQ sandwich with this simple recipe for four. It’s a uniquely Canadian twist on a Southern classic that will leave you singing “O Canada”!


  1. Warm up pulled pork according to package directions.
  2. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In medium bowl, combine green and purple cabbage, carrot, green onion, and parsley.
  4. Toss coleslaw with dressing and mix to combine.
  5. Toast brioche buns and place a slice of Havarti cheese on bottom bun.
  6. Place pulled pork over cheese and top with coleslaw.


  • 1 package Farm Boy™ Maple BBQ Pulled Pork (400 g)
  • 1/2 cup Farm Boy™ Mayonnaise (470 ml)
  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ White Wine Vinegar (500 ml)
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrot shredded
  • 1/2 cup purple cabbage shredded
  • 2 Tbsp green onion sliced
  • 2 Tbsp parsley chopped
  • 3-4 Farm Boy™ Brioche Hamburger Buns 4's (4 x 57g)
  • 4 slices Havarti cheese
