Korean BBQ Chicken-less Buddha Bowls

Directions

  1. In medium frying pan heat olive oil and cook chicken-less nuggets until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add Korean BBQ Cooking Sauce and bring to a simmer. Reserve.
  3. Divide brown rice amongst 4 bowls.
  4. Top with chicken-less nuggets in sauce, carrot, zucchini, purple cabbage, edamame and green onions.
  5. Garnish with cilantro leaves and roasted peanuts.
  6. Serve with lime wedges.

  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
  • 1 pack Farm Boy™ Vegan Chicken-Less Nuggets (350 g) thawed
  • 1 cup Farm Boy™ Korean BBQ Grilling Sauce (350 ml)
  • 4 cups (cooked) Farm Boy™ Brown Rice (from 1 cup raw)
  • 1 cup carrot shredded
  • 1 cup zucchini shredded
  • 2 cups purple cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Farm Boy™ Shelled Edamame
  • ¼ cup green onions sliced
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup Farm Boy™ Roasted Peanuts chopped
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
