- In large saucepan, place water, sugar, honey, ginger, lemon zest and juice.
- Bring to a simmer and add pears.
- Cook, covered, for 20-25 minutes, until pears are tender.
- Remove pears and reduce syrup until thick.
- Drizzle pears with syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon.
