Honey Cinnamon Oranges

  1. Zest one orange. Using knife, cut off peel and white pith from oranges.
  2. Slice into rounds and arrange in shallow platter.
  3. Combine honey, cinnamon stick, and orange zest in heavy small saucepan.
  4. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour warm syrup over oranges.
  6. Garnish with almonds and mint leaves


  • 8 navel, blood, or Cara Cara oranges
  • 6 Tbsp Farm Boy™ White Liquid Honey (500 g)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds lightly toasted
  • mint leaves for garnish
