Honey Cinnamon Oranges

Ingredients

• 8 navel, blood, or Cara Cara oranges
• 6 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Pure Ontario Honey
• 2 Farm Boy™ Cinnamon Sticks
• 1/4 cup slivered almonds lightly toasted
• mint leaves for garnish

Directions

1. Zest one orange. Using knife, cut off peel and white pith from oranges.
2. Slice into rounds and arrange in shallow platter.
3. Combine Farm Boy™ White Liquid Honey, Farm Boy™ Cinnamon Stick, and orange zest in heavy small saucepan.
4. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
5. Pour warm syrup over oranges.
6. Garnish with almonds and mint leaves and serve.
