Holiday Turkey, Brie, & Cranberry Melt Sandwich

A classic way to enjoy your holiday leftovers, we’ve upped the indulgence factor with the addition of our Farm Boy™ Double Cream Brie! Use leftover cranberry sauce, stuffing, and turkey from your holiday table to bring some festive flair to your standard sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Farm Boy™ Multigrain Bread
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup leftover Farm Boy™ Fresh Local Turkey
  • 4 wedges Farm Boy™ Double Cream Brie
  • 1/2 cup leftover Farm Boy™ Cranberry Apple Sausage Stuffing
  • 2 Tbsp leftover Farm Boy™ Cranberry Sauce
  • 1/2 cup leftover Farm Boy™ Turkey Gravy warmed

Directions

  1. Spread both sides of 2 slices of Farm Boy™ Multigrain bread with mayonnaise.
  2. Bring pan to medium heat and place one slice of bread mayo-side down.
  3. Top with slices of turkey, Farm Boy™ Double Cream Brie, stuffing, and Farm Boy™ Cranberry Sauce.
  4. Cover with second slice of bread butter-side up.
  5. Cook until crispy and golden and cheese has melted.
  6. Serve with warm turkey gravy for dipping.
