Directions
- Place cauliflower, bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini in large bowl and toss with Farm Boy™️ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill over medium-high heat, turning often, until vegetables are charred and tender.
- Remove from grill and place in large bowl.
- Let vegetables cool for 15 minutes, then add Farm Boy™ Caper Berries, chopped cilantro, parsley, chives, and basil.
- Add Farm Boy™️ Lemon Garlic Dressing and toss to combine.
- Place on platter and sprinkle with a bit of Farm Boy™️ Fleur de Sel.
- Garnish with lemon wedges.
