- Crush cookies until they are small crumbs. Reserve 1 Tbsp for garnish.
- Rub glass rims with honey and dip into cookie crumbs.
- Place gelato, ice cream, milk and cookie crumbs in blender container.
- Process until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and garnish with reserved cookie crumbs.
