Gazpacho and Grand Bay Shrimp Shooters

Directions

  1. Toss shrimp with Grand Bay seasoning and lime juice.
  2. Heat olive oil in frying pan and cook shrimp over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Pour gazpacho into small glasses and garnish with shrimp, pickle spears and basil leaves.

  • 1 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Grand Bay Spice
  • juice of half a lime
  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
  • 946ml Farm Boy™ Garden Fresh Gazpacho Soup (946 ml)
  • Farm Boy™ Garden Fresh Pickles for garnish
  • basil leaves for garnish
