Ingredients
- 340 g Farm Boy™ Raw Jumbo Shrimp thawed, peeled (tail intact)
- 1 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Grand Bay Spice
- juice of half a lime
- 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 container Farm Boy™ Garden Fresh Gazpacho Soup
- Farm Boy™ Garden Fresh Pickles for garnish
- basil leaves for garnish
Directions
- Toss Farm Boy™ Raw Jumbo Shrimp with Farm Boy™ Grand Bay Spice and lime juice.
- Heat Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil in frying pan and cook shrimp over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes, until internal temperature of shrimp reaches 165°F.
- Pour Farm Boy™ Garden Fresh Gazpacho into small glasses.
- Garnish with cooked shrimp, Farm Boy™ Garden Fresh Pickles, and basil leaves,
