Four-Cheese Sundried Tomato Dip

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, pasta sauce, sundried tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Scoop mixture into small oven-proof bowl and smooth out the top.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with more sundried tomatoes and a drizzle of olive oil.
  6. Serve with pita crackers.

  • 1 pack Farm Boy™ Original Goat's Milk Cheese (113 g) softened
  • 1/2 cup Farm Boy™ Cream Cheese (250 g) softened
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 6 Tbsp pasta sauce
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes chopped, plus more for garnish
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Farm Boy™ Double Baked Pita Crackers (170 g)
