National Milkshake Day is September 12th, but we don’t need a national holiday to enjoy a fabulous milkshake. Using our vanilla ice cream as a base, in combination with coconut milk and cookies, here is a recipe that is so tasty, easy and delicious you will have it on repeat! Get creative with the flavours by swapping out the ice cream, milk and cookies.
Directions
- In blender container, place coconut milk, ice cream and crumbled cookies.
- Blend until completely smooth and pour into glass.
- Serve immediately.
