  1. Arrange lettuce leaves on large platter.
  2. Top with green beans, roasted potatoes, tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, Farm Boy™ Jumbo Kalamata Olives, and lemon.
  3. Arrange Farm Boy™ Chunk Light Skipjack Tuna and anchovy fillets on the centre of the platter.
  4. Drizzle with Farm Boy™ Mediterranean Dressing and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Serve and enjoy!


  • 1 head Boston lettuce leaves cleaned
  • 300 g French green beans steamed
  • 300 g fingerling potatoes halved and roasted
  • 2 cups mini tomatoes halved
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs peeled and halved
  • 1/2 cup Farm Boy™ Jumbo Kalamata Olives (370 ml)
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • 2 cans Farm Boy™ Chunk Light Tuna Skipjack In Water (170 g) drained
  • 8 whole anchovy fillets
  • 1/2 cup Farm Boy™ Mediterranean Dressing (350 ml)
  • pinch salt
