Citrus Salad with Tangy Kefir Vinaigrette
Directions
- In blender container place sour cream, kefir, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, feta cheese, garlic flowers, mustard, honey, salt and pepper.
- Process until smooth.
- For the salad, use a sharp knife to cut peel and pith from citrus. Slice into 1/4” rounds and arrange on platter.
- Sprinkle arils and mint over citrus.
- Drizzle with kefir vinaigrette.
