Enjoy a delicious treat with our Chocolate Chip Cookie Strawberry S’mores! Gooey marshmallows and creamy Farm Boy™ Milk Chocolate sandwiched between two soft chocolate chip cookies, with juicy strawberry slices for an extra burst of flavour. Kids will love assembling these tasty treats and this recipe would be perfect for a cozy night in or sharing with friends!

Ingredients

  • 12 Farm Boy™ Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • 6 marshmallows large
  • 1/2 bar (40 g) Farm Boy™ Milk Chocolate cut into 6 pieces
  • 6 strawberries sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place 12 Farm Boy™ Chocolate Chip Cookies, flat side up, on a parchment-covered baking tray.
  3. Place one piece of Farm Boy™ Milk Chocolate on half of the cookies, then place marshmallow over the chocolate.
  4. Bake for 4-5 minutes, just until marshmallows get soft.
  5. Top soft marshmallow with sliced strawberries and top with the rest of the cookies, flat side down.
  6. Serve immediately.
