Chicken and Black Bean Tostadas
Directions
- In medium frying pan, heat olive oil and cook onion until translucent.
- Add beans with their liquid and mash until smooth.
- Cook until warmed through.
- Spread beans on tostadas, then top with lettuce, chicken, pico de gallo, feta cheese, jalapeño slices and cilantro leaves.
