- In medium bowl, toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- In large frying pan, heat olive oil and add shrimp.
- Cook, stirring often, for 3-5 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Add lemon juice, green onions and cilantro and toss.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
