Baked Fontina Dip

Directions

  1. Combine olive oil, garlic flowers, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper in small bowl.
  2. Place cheese cubes in medium ovenproof bowl and pour oil mixture over top.
  3. Place in preheated oven at 375°F for 15 minutes, or until melted and bubbly.
  4. Serve hot with crusty bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Farm Boy™ Farmstead Fontina (150 g) cut into 1/2” cubes
  • 4 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 L)
  • 1 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers (190 ml)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper
  • 1 loaf crusty bread
