Dive into a bubbling pot of cheesy bliss with our irresistible baked Fontina dip. This gooey masterpiece features melted Farm Boy™ Farmstead Fontina cheese, kissed with garlic, herbs, and a touch of sophistication.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Farm Boy™ Farmstead Fontina cut into 1/2” cubes
  • 4 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers
  • 1/2 tsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • pinch salt & pepper
  • 1 loaf crusty bread

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in small bowl.
  3. Place cubes of Farm Boy™ Farmstead Fontina in medium ovenproof bowl and pour oil mixture over top.
  4. Place in oven for 15 minutes, or until melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve hot with crusty bread.
