Ingredients
- 450 g lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion minced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger grated
- 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Tandoori Spice
- 2 Tbsp mint and cilantro chopped.
- 1/2 tsp Farm Boy™️ Fleur de Sel
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Farm Boy™️ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 8 skewers
- 4 slices Farm Boy™️ Flame Baked Original Naan
- Farm Boy™️ Tzatziki
- grape tomatoes sliced, for garnish
- cucumbers sliced, for garnish
- red onions sliced, for garnish
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, ginger, Farm Boy™ Tandoori Spice, mint, cilantro, salt, pepper, and Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Press meat mixture onto 8 skewers.
- Grill over medium-high heat, turning carefully, for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Serve on warm Farm Boy™ Flame Baked Naan.
- Garnish with Farm Boy™ Tzatziki Dip, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions.
