A three-time Canadian Olympian, she’s won gold in the team pursuit and silver in the mass start at the 2022 Beijing Games. Blondin’s journey began on a backyard rink in Ottawa before joining a club in Gloucester, and later transitioning to long-track racing.
Over her career, she has earned multiple World Championship titles in mass start and consistently topped the World Cup circuit. Her unique race strategy and relentless drive have made her a fan favourite on the international stage, and her roots in Ottawa continue to inspire athletes across Canada.

Hailing from Burlington, Ontario, Renata grew up playing for her local girls’ hockey club and developed as a multi-sport athlete, also excelling in volleyball, basketball, track, and snowboarding.
Off the ice, she invests in the future of the game through her Renata Fast Hockey Camp, nurturing young girls’ passion for the sport.
