Ottawa, ON (January 28, 2016) – Ontario-based Farm Boy 2012 Inc. (Farm Boy) today announced plans to host a vendor fair in anticipation of the spring 2016 opening of its next fresh market store, located at 240 King George Road in Brantford.
The Vendor Fair, sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Ministry of Rural Affairs, will take place on Monday, February 8th 2016, at the Best Western Plus Brant Park Inn & Conference Centre.
“Our customers love to buy locally-made food and discover new and unique products in our stores,” says Jeff York, CEO of Farm Boy. “Our goal is to always provide the best fresh shopping experience for our customers and that includes offering great products made in our communities.”
Farm Boy™ buyers want to meet with vendors offering unique products such as natural and organic produce and meat, delicious artisanal foods made in small batches, and fresh bakery and dairy items.
“We’ve always worked closely with local suppliers that meet our customers’ high quality standards and pass the taste test,” said York. “Our strong local roots in the communities we serve has established Farm Boy as a destination for customers.
