Farm Boy™ Coupon Book – Partnering with local hospitals to promote healthier, better lives.

Eastern Ontario-based Farm Boy™ is proud to announce the launch of their fourth annual coupon book in support of three local hospital foundations – Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) Foundation, University Hospitals Kingston Foundation and London Health Sciences Foundation.

Available at all Farm Boy locations, the coupon book is packed full of recipes and coupons worth over $100 in savings on Farm Boy favourite products. The book features 22 tasty recipes from  Farm Boy weekly recipe contest winners and Farm Boy Chef, including the recipe for their coveted, December Fresh Soup of the Month – Wholesome Mushroom Kale Soup.

The full $10 purchase price will be donated to local hospitals. “Once again this year, with the generous support of our local suppliers, we are able to donate the entire purchase price of the book to local hospitals in our communities,” says Jeff York, CEO of Farm Boy. Coupon books sold in Ottawa and Cornwall benefit CHEO Foundation.  Books sold in Kingston are designated to University Hospitals Kingston Foundation, while funds raised in London are donated to London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) and Children’s Hospital at LHSC.

At recent cheque presentations, donations totaling over $90,000 were made to the three designated foundations.  This raises the total that Farm Boy has donated for health care in Ontario to over $1.3 million.  “I’m proud of how our customers, suppliers and employees have made these donations possible,” says York.
