Easy Butter Shrimp Curry

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp butter
• 2 medium shallots sliced (2/3 cup)
• 1/2 container Farm Boy™ Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce (680 ml)
• 2/3 cup water
• 1 bag Farm Boy™ Raw Peeled Deveined Frozen Argentinian Shrimp (340 g) thawed and patted dry
• 1 small lime zest and juice to taste
• cilantro leaves for garnish
• 2 cups Farm Boy™ Basmati Rice cooked
• Farm Boy™ Flame Baked Original Naan

Directions

1. In large saucepan, melt butter and cook shallots until soft and golden, about 8-10 minutes.
2. Add Farm Boy™ Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce and water and bring to a slow boil.
3. Add Farm Boy™ Argentinian Shrimp and cook until internal temperature reaches 158°F, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add lime zest and juice and stir. Remove from heat.
5. Serve with Farm Boy™ Basmati Rice and Farm Boy™ Flame-Baked Naan, garnished with cilantro leaves.
